• Each rental includes a 6ft table and a chair, if you require an additional chair, please fill advise below
• Everything sold at this show MUST be Pokemon
• Due to the nature of product being scarce, ALL pokemon products will be allowed to be sold at the show. Including modern
• EVERYTHING that you are planning on selling MUST have a price on it. - We have been to many shows where tables have singles and products and have no pricing on it and it is not great. We want to make this show smooth for vendors and customers.  
• You will be responsible for your own cash box/debit card machine - Wifi will be provided.
• Tables cost $100.00 + GST - This is prepaid on the website and is non-refundable (Additional tables will still cost $100.00 + GST each)
• Some tables will not have access to a power source, please make arrangements just in case.
• If for any reason we discover any FAKE or REPACKED cards are being sold, The vendor will be banned from all future shows and the authorities will be alerted
• PLEASE DO NOT START TAKING DOWN BEFORE 6PM - If it is slower near the end of the night, we ask that everyone remain set up as we could get some last minute show attendees - there's nothing worst than showing up and having empty tables. 
• Tables are set up in a way that allows the show to flow as best as we can. We had some issues last time people moving the tables so that their racks can fit which meant that the neighboring tables were getting squished. Do not move the tables from it's location.
